Our mission is to provide the highest quality ranch-direct beef possible, in a simple, convenient, and responsible manner.
More about our Cattle! All of our cattle are raised on our family Caney Creek Ranch, our family Ranch. Our Cattle is fed traditionally with free range grasses and our custom feed. Our cattle is part of our family, that creates an environment on our ranch full of love and attention.
That attention stays consistent through the entire process. We send our cattle to the local USDA Slaughterhouse which inspects, approves and processes our cattle.
Why we stand out? With detail in mind, our meat is dry-aged for 21 days. This process maximizes not only the tenderness of our meat but increases the flavors when its time for you to cook your meat!
With our mission for simplicity and convenience, we've created a customizable menu for you to choose from. You can receive multiple beef cuts in one simple shipment offering you greater savings.
